The Legal Pitfalls of Diversity Policies

From formal mentoring to maintenance fit workplace "affinity groups," employers are increasingly taking steps to encourage a diverse work force. thus far, despite contrast policies' primacy, there remains little sound jurisdiction directly addressing the issues raised by the policies.
