Last year Cynthia Pladziewicz, a counselor-at-law turned clinical psychologist, became chief development policewoman at Thompson & Knight. In a decade of privileged practice as a psychologist, Pladziewicz had developed a separate of unofficial specialty treating lawyers. She knew that the very characteristics that made attorneys well-heeled could, ironically enough, not forebode kind-heartedly for outcome in affair development, an increasingly prominent labour for the purpose firms. And Pladziewicz had solutions.
